Life as Pink Einstein

I have been quarantining since the first week of March and just like everyone else I am starting to get tired of being at home. A couple of weeks ago my mom, sister, brother, and I ventured out into Fort Worth for the day. The town we live in is in such a great spot because it's almost equal distance from both Dallas and Fort Worth so it's easy for us to have fun day adventures in DFW.  Fort Worth Zoo My sister had the brilliant idea for us to go to the zoo for the day. I haven't been to the zoo in years and we had a great time. We scheduled our appointment for 9:00 am which is when it opens so the zoo wasn't super crowded and we got to take our time looking at all the animals without being bothered which was nice. I think it's safe to say we all had a really good time! My favorite part of the Fort Worth zoo has to be the white tigers, I think they are so cool! Last weekend was a very exciting one for my family. We welcomed a new little furry friend into our home.

Last night Jadelynn Brooke had their most exciting launch yet! I was so happy when they reached out to me and asked if I would like to help be apart of the Meet My Crew launch. Of course I said yes and I have had to keep this little secret to myself for the past two weeks but it was so worth it! Jadelynn Brooke has come out with a new customize able squad goals shirt!

   I really found my love for photography when I was on the yearbook staff in middle school. I loved going to football games or school plays and taking thousands of pictures in hopes of snapping one or two good ones that would make it into the yearbook. After realizing how much I enjoyed photography I got a camera for Christmas and was ecstatic!    I've shared some of my photos on the blog before but I don't share them as often as I would like. I was going through some of my old photos and found these that I never shared but had a ton of fun taking. These were taken at my cousin's house and I definitely recommend you check out her blog , her photography is stunning!

I am excited to announce that I am an Elite Crown Rep for Southern Girl Prep this semester! My rep package came in yesterday and I am in love with their new fall collection! I wanted to feature one of the long sleeve tees I got in my package because I love the colors and it's so cozy! 

On Saturday my little sister got a pug! She named him Bud which I'm not too fond of but he is adorable so it doesn't really matter! I posted a video of him on my Instagram story (@PinkEinstein) and everyone seemed to love it so I thought I would share some pictures of him! Prepare yourself for the cuteness!!

In my  Spring Break Recap post  I mentioned going to a petting zoo and that I wanted to do a post about the adventure and that's what I am sharing with you today! The petting zoo was actually an alligator petting zoo that had other animals as well. The place was called Crocodile Encounters and it's near Houston. I must say that it was a bit sketchy (it was in some one's backyard!!) and I was a little bit nervous going in but it was a ton of fun! When you get there you enter through the gift shop where you can buy crocodile food that you can throw to them and lettuce you can feed to all of the other animals so we bought some to feed the animals. We didn't spend but a couple of hours there because this pale girl was quickly burning and I didn't want to be the color of a lobster the next day. I know this is a day late but I had trouble with my computer yesterday. I just wanted to tell everyone happy Easter and share some pictures from my Easter photo shoot! If you follow my Instagram you have seen some of these on my feed in the past few weeks. My family and I went down to the lake by my house and took some Easter pictures with my bunny, Mr. Beasley! Over Fourth of July weekend we had like an epic blog party! We dressed our sisters up and made them be models in our photos and we took the dogs out and took pictures of them and we also visited the other animals and had them as models (which you will see in future posts). So today I'm sharing some pictures of Ike that I took one of the days we took him out for pictures. So it's spring break and I went to the lake again only this time I brought the big camera lens and my dogs and it was a very enjoyable day!

So a few months ago, my little sister and I got bunnies and they are the sweetest little animals! I thought you would enjoy getting to know these sweet little girls too!

A few weekends ago, my dad, grandma, and I thought we would go to the lake near our houses for me to do some photography. This was my first time in about a year that I have gone out and taken pictures on a nice camera like the one I own now. It was actually a pretty successful day and by the end I had jogged my memory and remembered how to work a camera. I thought it would be fun to share some of the pictures I took with you guys.

This weekend I am visiting my cousins and we always catch turtles for the Fourth of July turtle race but this year we caught them for fun!  My cousin and sister set them up to have a turtle race.
