Life as Pink Einstein

Over Fourth of July weekend we had like an epic blog party! We dressed our sisters up and made them be models in our photos and we took the dogs out and took pictures of them and we also visited the other animals and had them as models (which you will see in future posts). So today I'm sharing some pictures of Ike that I took one of the days we took him out for pictures. My cousin  Penny  takes pictures of him a lot and you can find them on her Instagram @pennythewriter.

  I went shopping at Belk a couple of weeks ago and found these super adorable seersucker shorts by the brand Crown & Ivy. They were on sale for $24.99 from the original price of $44.00 and I had to get them! I have worn them every chance I get because they are so comfortable and super cute. I have been pairing them with a plain white tank, a cream colored lace bralette, and a pearl necklace. In the picture above I am wearing my monogram necklace from Marley Lilly which is also cute but I felt the pearls suited the outfit more. This is the perfect summer outfit because it's cute and comfortable. I noticed after looking at some pictures of myself wearing the outfit that the shirt doesn't look good untucked so I would recommend tucking in the shirt.

Every Fourth of July my family and I go up to visit my cousins and this year was by far the best experience! Now that my cousin and I are older we can go out and kinda do our own thing which is pretty awesome. The cousin I'm talking about is Penny from  Faith Has Made . We are both really into photography and blogging so besides sleeping, obsessing over Merlin and watching movies, we spent our time taking cool pictures of her adorable animals and our adorable little sisters. On the Fourth of July I thought that I would do some research on Pinterest to see the best way to take firework pictures and most of the blog posts were no help at all so we ended up experimenting to see what settings would make for the best firework pictures and I am going to share our secrets with you.

So if you have been a Little Einstein from the beginning you might remember the two cringe worthy collabs that I did with my cousin, Penny, who used to be Daughter of the King but is now  Faith Has Made  two years ago. Last year I wasn't able to go to her house due to surgery but I did this year and we are back with another collab! We kinda had to improvise with what we had around her house because we weren't able to go to the store to get things but this year's collab is pretty cool. So we are both really into photography and we thought it would be fun to do a photography collab; my post is a DIY camera filter and her post is a DIY camera strap.
