A Day In DFW: Texas Tulips

Just north of Dallas lays the prettiest field of tulips, which makes for a perfect day trip activity for you and your friends. Texas Tulips is located in Pilot Point and is a place I look forward to visiting when they open each year.

Pop! By SNOWDAY- Dallas Photography Experience

As I was scrolling through Tik Tok a few weeks ago, I came across an ad for POP! By Snow Day, a photo taking experience at the Galleria Dallas. I purchased tickets online and asked my cousin Jolene if she wanted to tag along and we had the best day!

A Weekend With My Sister Vol. 2

On Friday I realized I had no plans for the weekend so I made a last minute phone call to my little sister Caroline to see if she wanted to come and stay with me. She is DYING to get out of the small town that my family moved to in October. It's right outside DFW and the town is so small there isn't even a Walmart! I planned a few things for us to do that I knew she couldn't do once she was back home. Caroline ended up coming over for just one night but we jam packed those 48 hours with so many fun things and had the best time!

A Weekend With My Sister

This weekend my little sister came to stay at my apartment with me and we had the best time! I planned out our weekend so we had lots of fun things to do while she was here and she really enjoyed it. My sister, Caroline, has never really been to Dallas so she asked if I could take her to some of my favorite spots. We hung out at my apartment and watched movies with my best friend, McCray on Friday night and spent our day in downtown on Saturday.

Twenty

Goodbye teens, hello twenties! My birthday was a couple of weeks ago so here's a little recap of the day.

A Day in DFW: Firehouse Gastro Park

I haven't done a A Day In Dallas post in a long time but I decided it's time to rename it A Day in DFW. I'm in college and my friends and I love to try out new places to eat and shop all across the DFW metro area and I think it would be fun to share the places we find outside of Dallas too.  Today I am sharing about a restaurant in Grand Prairie called Firehouse Gastro Park. My college bestie, Jeanna, just moved back to Dallas for the start of the new school year and I haven't seen her since spring break so we went to dinner here to catch up! I saw this restaurant on a few of my friends' instagrams and I knew we had to try it out.

A Day at Texas Tulips

It's officially spring time here in Dallas and I am thriving in this weather! Last week, before we were asked to self quarantine, McCray and I took a day trip to Pilot Point to visit Texas Tulips and had the best time! If you get the opportunity, I highly recommend going with your friends.

Christian Dior from Paris to the World Exhibit

Dior currently has an exhibit at the Dallas Museum of Art that has been going on since May and will end at the end of October. I have been dying to go to this exhibit and finally had the opportunity to visit with my college bestie, Jeanna, on Saturday. There are four main rooms or quads as the call them, of stunning pieces by Dior. Each room has at least one television showcasing footage from a runway show or celebrities wearing Dior's designs. There is so much to look at in each room, its absolutely breath taking.

Candytopia Review!

My school's prom was last Saturday but McCray and I decided we weren't going to go because we didn't enjoy it last year and it wasn't worth wasting the money on a night we weren't going to enjoy again this year. We decided it would be more fun to dress up and go to Candytopia for the night and we ended up having a great time!

A Day in Dallas Vol. 3

I had to go to appointments on Thursday so my mom and I had a little fun before I had to go to the hospital. We spent the afternoon in downtown at Klyde Warren Park and took some fun pictures. You can read the other posts here: 1 // 2

A Day In Dallas Vol. 2

More doctors appointments means more fun days spent in Dallas! Last week I had to visit my foot doctor again and my mom and I found a cute wall to take pictures in front of, ate at a cute cafe, and I got to try out a very fashionable look haha! If you want to read about the fun things my mom and I did before my last appointment click here .

A Day in Dallas

Doctors appointments are not fun but since my appointments are at such awkward times it means I get to do a little bit of shopping downtown in between appointments. Here are some pictures from one of my fun shopping day!
