 These boots weren't made for walking, especially after the foot surgeries I've had but they are so cute! Honestly they really aren't that uncomfortable, I'm just not used to wearing anything with a heel. I picked these boots up while roaming through Belk last week and had no intention of buying anything while I was there until I spotted these. They are currently about 70% off so they are only $20! For that price I could not pass them up! They come in eight different colors and patterns and they are such a fun statement piece.

After seeing an ad for a pair of platform sneakers about a hundred times I finally clicked the link and scrolled through the Keds website and found a ton of cute sneakers! Around this time last year I shared a blog post about the items I had recently purchased and everyone seemed to love it. I've done a little bit of random shopping this summer to prepare for college, to expand my work wear wardrobe, and have also found a couple of things while out having fun with my friends. I have been too busy to give each look/item their own post so I thought we would bring back My Recent Purchases for round two so I can share these fun items.

We all know how much I love a good sale and McCray says I get "allll the deals!" Buying name brand clothes can get expensive which is why I like to buy things when they go on sale or from stores such as TJ Maxx. I thought I would share some of my recent sale purchases.

If you're new here or just don't pay much attention to my life, hey, I'm Pink Einstein and I have major problems with my feet. Finding a pair of shoes that I can get through the school day in is a hard task. I like cute things and I also feel better mentally when I'm dressed nice and tennis shoes don't really fit into the 'cute things' category. Now, believe it or not, I own more tennis shoes than the average, non athlete does or should but I despise tennis shoes and never wear them. I keep buying all of these different shoes in hopes of finding a pair that I can make it through the day in without being it pain but until now, no luck.

 I scored so many good things on Black Friday and this is one of the outfits I got! I'm not a big 'trend' person but when I saw this black bell sleeve top I knew I had to have it! My top is from JC Penney and I got it on Black Friday for $14.99 originally $39.99. You may laugh at me for this one and quite honestly I laughed at myself but my pants are from Stein Mart! My grandma had a coupon that she wanted to use so I went with her and ended up finding myself this pair of pants. They were on the clearance rack and the rack was 45% off the clearance price so I got them for roughly $8! These pants are very similar to Old Navy Pixie Pants (which I love!!) but they are just pull on pants, there isn't a button and zipper.

My all time favorite sandal would have to be a good pair of Jacks. Jack Rogers has been releasing some of the cutest pairs of sandals lately! They are definitely trying to take all of my money by sending me daily emails about new arrivals and sales. Over the past couple of weeks McCray and I have been dying over the new sandals they have released and I wanted to share a few of my favorites!
