Gingham Gal || OOTD

Gingham has quickly become one of my favorite prints (next to stripes of course!) so when I saw this top I knew I had to have it! This fun look is perfect for brunch with friends or a day of shopping.

My cousin Jolene (who was so kind as to take these pictures) and I took a stroll through downtown and although it was very hot we had a ton of fun!

 Believe it or not this top is actually from Walmart! It looks just like something I would buy in a boutique but it only cost me $12! The white pants added to the outfit and made it feel more dressed up and summery than a pair of dark wash jeans would. I am wearing my favorite Jack Rogers sandals (a must have for summer!) and a set of pearls to finish off the outfit. Sadly, this top is sold out but I will leave it linked below just in case it comes back in stock. I also found a very similar top on SheIn that is less expensive than the Walmart one so I will also leave it linked in case you are dying to have this shirt!

My Mom Picks Out My Outfits

I was a little worried letting my mom pick out my outfits because when I was in first grade she picked out my clothes for school everyday and I HATED it because the outfits were awful! But I guess over the past ten years she gotten better at it! lol

Trend Tracking: Cardigans

1  // 2 // 3 // 4 // 5 // 6 // 7 // 8 // 9 Sweater cardigans are a hot item at the moment. They are most popularly worn buttoned up as a shirt but are also often seen paired with a solid turtle neck and layered necklaces. I have rounded up nine cardigans I love, all at different price ranges. One thing I love about this trend is the variety. I have some cardigans, like the ones I linked above that I purchased at boutiques and I have others that were my grandma's. I love to wear cardigans with straight leg jeans and booties or fashion sneakers.  shop this cardigan Shilo
