Plan With Me Vol. 1

This year I am using the 3 Happy Hooligans agenda to keep track of all of my school assignments. It's very different than what I am used to because it is very simple (compared to the Lilly Pulitzer agenda). I am still getting used to decorating each week with different washi tapes and stickers rather than having a fun design already printed on each week. I wanted to share my planner spread for this week to hopefully give you a little bit of inspiration for your planner.

Here is what the weekly layout looks like, it's pretty much just a skeleton and way too simple for me!
Here is this week's finished layout!

I drew a line down the middle of each day's block. On the left I write all of my homework assignments and projects. On the right I write down outside of school to-dos, spirit days, when I have tests or quizzes, and anything blog related.
This week I used this sticker set to decorate my planner. I purchased this set at Hobby Lobby a couple of weeks ago and it was on sale for $1.24!
Here is my color scheme for the week. I write my homework for each subject in a different color and I try to make the color scheme coordinate with the planner theme of the week.
If you are looking for a simple planner great for decorating and adding stickers the 3 Happy Hooligans planner is perfect! You can use my code SLMHS for 15% off your planner!

Do you use a planner? If so, what is your favorite planner to use?
Have a happy week!

Luv ya!

My 21st Birthday + XOXO Dining Room Review

Last month I celebrated my 21st birthday at one of the most Instagramable restaurants in Dallas! If I were a restaurant, I'd definitely be XOXO Dining Room. From the pink building, to the picture-worthy garden, to the DJ's music selection, it could not have been a more perfect place to celebrate my 21st.

Trend Tracking: Western T Shirts

Western and country style has been emerging more within the trendy side of the fashion world recently. Being from Texas, I think it's kind of fun.  Along with bright colored cowboy boots and cow print, you can find many popular fashion influencers wearing western-inspired graphic tees. Today I have rounded up some of my favorites that are all under $40.   YeeHaw T Shirt Wrangler T Shirt //  Cowboy T Shirt //  Cowgirl T Shirt //  Stay Wild T Shirt //  Let's Go Girls T Shirt //  Wild West T Shirt Shilo

A Day In DFW: Texas Tulips

Just north of Dallas lays the prettiest field of tulips, which makes for a perfect day trip activity for you and your friends. Texas Tulips is located in Pilot Point and is a place I look forward to visiting when they open each year.

Trend Tracking: Cardigans

1  // 2 // 3 // 4 // 5 // 6 // 7 // 8 // 9 Sweater cardigans are a hot item at the moment. They are most popularly worn buttoned up as a shirt but are also often seen paired with a solid turtle neck and layered necklaces. I have rounded up nine cardigans I love, all at different price ranges. One thing I love about this trend is the variety. I have some cardigans, like the ones I linked above that I purchased at boutiques and I have others that were my grandma's. I love to wear cardigans with straight leg jeans and booties or fashion sneakers.  shop this cardigan Shilo
