Lilly Pulitzer Early Access After Party Sale Try On

It's time for another Lilly Pulitzer dressing room try on! The After Party Sale is back and I went to Northpark yesterday to shop the in-store Early Access Sale. The January sale definitely isn't as big of a deal as the August sale but there are still a ton of great pieces. My store was limited on items so I only tried on four things but I did get an idea of what type of things will be available in the sale online starting tomorrow.

Florin Reversible Tank // APS Price: $49  Regular Price: $88
I grabbed this tank at the last second as I was on my way to the dressing room and I am so happy I did! This Florin tank is reversible! Yes, this navy tank and the printed tank are the same shirt so basically I got two shirts in one. This was the only item that came home with me and I am so happy it did. This tank is the perfect day to night item and can be styled so many ways with the help of white jeans, a cardigan, or even a fun pair of shorts. I am wearing an XS.

Marlowe Dress // APS Price: $39  Regular Price: $98
This dress was so cute on and I'm kind of regretting not purchasing it. This Marlowe dress is the perfect casual t shirt dress that can also be worn for so many occasions with the right accessories. I am wearing an XS.

Elsa Top // APS Price: $59  Regular Price: $158
This was my first time trying on an Elsa top and let me just say I. AM. IN. LOVE!! This was the only print they had in the Elsa so I think I'm going to order a different print online since I picked up the tank in this print. I am wearing a size XS and it fits comfortable but it is one of those shirts that's kind of hard to get on and off because it doesn't have any stretch so I could probably use a small.

Weekender Leggings // APS Price: $59  Regular Price: $108
The last item I tried on were these super cute leggings and I am just now realizing three of the four items I tried on are the same print, oops! I am wearing an XS in these leggings and they fit perfectly everywhere except for in the length. I am 5'4" and the leggings were bunched at my ankles but it was nice to find a pair of leggings that fit in the waist that I wouldn't be pulling up all the time. These leggings would be perfect for working out or to be worn with a cute sweater.

Sorry I didn't have more items to share, my store did not have a ton of items I was in love with in my size. If you didn't shop this weekend in stores you can shop the sale online starting tomorrow, January 6 around 8:00(ish) am EST and the sale will be over January 7 at 11:59 pm EST.

Happy shopping!
Luv ya!

My 21st Birthday + XOXO Dining Room Review

Last month I celebrated my 21st birthday at one of the most Instagramable restaurants in Dallas! If I were a restaurant, I'd definitely be XOXO Dining Room. From the pink building, to the picture-worthy garden, to the DJ's music selection, it could not have been a more perfect place to celebrate my 21st.

TJ Maxx Dressing Room Try On!

I did some more shopping but honestly are you surprised? My Step mom, MB and I went to TJ Maxx in search of some Lilly Pulitzer at a good price and I hit the jackpot! And I took pictures in the dressing room to do another try on!

5 Audrey Hepburn Movies Free to Watch With Amazon Prime

It rained the entire Memorial Day Weekend here so I spent the long weekend watching movies. Audrey Hepburn is my favorite actress so I spent the weekend binge watching classic movies starring Audrey. I came across five of her movies on Amazon that are free to watch with Prime and thought I would share in case you're in need of a rainy day movie too.

A Day at Crocodile Encounters

In my  Spring Break Recap post  I mentioned going to a petting zoo and that I wanted to do a post about the adventure and that's what I am sharing with you today! The petting zoo was actually an alligator petting zoo that had other animals as well. The place was called Crocodile Encounters and it's near Houston. I must say that it was a bit sketchy (it was in some one's backyard!!) and I was a little bit nervous going in but it was a ton of fun! When you get there you enter through the gift shop where you can buy crocodile food that you can throw to them and lettuce you can feed to all of the other animals so we bought some to feed the animals. We didn't spend but a couple of hours there because this pale girl was quickly burning and I didn't want to be the color of a lobster the next day. And don't forget you can click on the pictures to view them larger!

Styling a Lilly Pulitzer Skirt

I recently purchased this "vintage' Lilly Pulitzer skirt from a thrift store and it has become one of my favorite spring clothing items. When I posted about this skirt on Instagram everyone went crazy so I thought it would be fun to share a couple of ways I have styled it so far.
