From the smocked body, to the ruffles, to the straps that can be tied in a bow, this dress is on trend while still remaining feminine and classy. You can pair it with wedges or heels to dress it up, like I did or you can add a pair of star sneakers and fun jewelry for a trendy look.

The straps are supposed to be tied in a bow on the shoulder but I love the way they look tied in the back.
