Almost three weeks ago my house caught on fire. Thankfully the only major damage was to the kitchen and our house is still livable. My family thought the only things we would have to do were repaint and buy new kitchen appliances but boy were we wrong! A cleaning company had to come in for ten days and deep clean every item in our house, we had to throw away all of our food, and all of our clothes were taken to a special cleaning company for a few weeks. As I'm writing this I have received about a third of my clothes back from the cleaning company but before I got these back I had about 15 items total to wear for two and a half weeks. If you know me you know that I was dying because I hardly ever wear the same outfit twice in a month! I thought it would be interesting to document a few of the outfits I created out of about six tops, four pairs of shoes, and four pairs of pants I had to wear.
Day 1: My favorite sweater, black jeans, leopard flats
Days 2, 4, and 6: JLB pullover, skinny jeans, pink checkered vans
Day 3: UNT shirt (it's really one of the shirts I kept for the two weeks as a pajama shirt), skinny jeans, brown loafers
Day 5: turtle neck sweater, skinny jeans, leopard flats
Day 7: I purchased this yellow top from Old Navy for my college tour, you can read about it here, skinny jeans, loafers
Day 8: the same turtle neck, skinny jean, leopard loafer outfit from day 5I wore a lot of the same outfits because some of the items I did have required things like a tank top or something like that that I forgot to keep out. I also forgot to take pictures of a few outfits but I did rewear a lot of these items in different ways. It was definitely an interesting two weeks and I don't know that I will wear these pieces for a while because I am so tired of them hahaha
Luv ya!
